We have already known different types of dust collectors, and we will
introduce another special dust collector, electrostatic dusting paper. Let us
learn what electrostatic dusting paper is and what is his working principle?
working principle:
1. The working principle of the electrostatic precipitator is to use the
high-voltage electric field to ionize the flue gas, and the dust charge in the
gas stream is separated from the gas flow by the electric field. The negative
electrode is made of a metal wire of different cross-sectional shape, called a
discharge electrode. The positive electrode is made of a metal plate of
different geometric shapes, called a dust collecting electrode. The performance
of electrostatic precipitators is affected by three factors: dust properties,
equipment construction and flue gas flow rate. The specific resistance of dust
is an indicator for evaluating conductivity, which has a direct impact on dust
removal efficiency. The specific resistance is too low, and it is difficult for
the dust particles to remain on the dust collecting electrode, causing it to
return to the airflow. If the specific resistance is too high, the dust
particles reaching the dust collecting electrode are not easily released, and a
voltage gradient is formed between the dust layers to cause local breakdown and
discharge. These conditions will cause the dust removal efficiency to drop.
2. Electrostatic dust-removing paper can be used with electrostatic
dust-removing mops, using static electricity to generate static electricity,
adsorbing dust and hair on the surface. It can also be used alone. It can be
used as a wipe to achieve the same effect. The computer can be removed, and the
TV screen can be easily removed without worrying about scratching the
surface.
3. The power will be settled by charged dust collection, which has high
efficiency. Low energy consumption. In addition, plate electrostatic
precipitators and charged water mist precipitators are commonly used in the
industry, although the principles are slightly different.
4. Due to radiation friction and other reasons, the air contains a small
amount of free ions. It is impossible to fully charge the dust particles in the
dusty air by these free ions alone. Therefore, the use of static electricity to
separate dust must have two basic conditions, one is that there is an electric
field that charges the dust; the other is that there is an electric field that
separates the charged dust particles. The general electrostatic precipitator
adopts a method of charging electric field and separating electric occasion. The
metal rod of the discharge electrode is connected to the negative pole of the
high voltage direct current power source, the dust collecting pole is grounded
to the positive pole, and the dust collecting pole can be a round tube or a flat
plate.
